COVID-19 Information for Our Clients

Thank you for being a valued client and continuing to support our operations.

We regularly monitor COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and take the recommended health measures from the authorities and health organizations.

Our key focus and top priority are

  1. Protecting the health and safety of our Team members
  2. Assisting our clients with the issues regarding their property

Most queries we receive relate to navigation and layup or changes to navigation and layup.

For example, if you are cruising and you are unable to enter the port where you intend to layup your yacht for Hurricane Season, you should try and find an alternate location.

When you have confirmed you can layup in the alternate location eMail us ( or telephone 305 743 7711 and speak with your usual Team member.

If your Team member are unavailable, ask to speak to someone else regarding your potential changes of navigation &/or navigation.

Usually, a simple eMail to us will suffice, and we will notify your insurer.

They will probably require an updated Hurricane Preparedness Plan (HPP) for your new lay-up location.
